Thank you for shopping with Officially Byrd. Every piece in our store is made to order, so please read below to know what to expect after you place your order.

Processing Time

Since all items are printed and fulfilled on demand, each order goes through a production process before it ships. Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be produced and prepared for shipment.

Shipping Times

Once your order has been produced and handed off to the carrier, estimated delivery times are:

United States: 5–7 business days (95% of US orders arrive within 7 days)
International: 10–20 business days, depending on destination

Total estimated delivery time: 7–12 business days from the date of your order.

Shipping times are estimates only and do not include weekends or holidays. Delays may occasionally occur due to carrier issues or high demand periods.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use that number to follow your package directly on the carrier's website.

Made to Order

Every Officially Byrd item is made specifically for you when you place your order. Because of this, we do not hold inventory, and orders cannot be canceled once production has begun. Please double-check your size, color, and shipping address before completing your purchase.

Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at shopatbyrdofficial@gmail.com, and we will do our best to correct it before production begins.
